I use SYSTEM for the workouts. I use Rouvy for real world ride simulation – managing power, cadence, gear changes, etc. which you really cannot do in SYSTM. If I want a Zone 2 ride I can do it, if I want to charge up a hill I can, or I can combine the two if I wish. I can try out riding or fueling strategies. There is more flexibility here.
